Dr. Raymond Owen, a long time member of the Department of Political Science, passed away January 21, 2022.  Dr. Owen recieved his PhD from SUNY/ Buffalo in 1971.  He was departmental chair from 1996-2001.  While at the University Dr. Owen served on over 20 disseratation committees.  He was a valued member of the community and will be missed.
